  1. Tasneem thank you for sharing all the videos and articles on equity and excellence. I watched the video "Building a Child's Brain. I enjoyed it because it was short and had great pointers on how to use the "Share and Return" strategy.

  2. Hi Tasneem, thank you so much for sharing these resources. I particularly found the video on the impact of COVID 19 on early childhood education very intriguing. I think he makes a very insightful point when discussing how early childhood educators were making more money with unemployment than they did while being employed. It is not right that such important and key figures in a child's life are not being compensated for all their hard work and passion for helping children grow and succeed.

  3. Tasneem,
I have lost family to COVID-19 and I am saddened by the effects that it has caused on many families. With the onset of the pandemic I believe so many social injustices have come about and I am looking forward to see how we not only change how we teach or work with children but I am hopeful that we will look at how we treat families of different races when it comes to access of quality health and mental health care.

  4. Hello Tasneem.
Thank you for sharing. This year has been full of fear, panic, isolation, segregation and many other unfavorable outcomes for children and families everywhere. I think that it is very important to continue to provide the responsive environment, that for some children, may be the only responsive engagement.

  5. Hello Tasneem,
I also did the 5 Steps for Brain-Building Serve and Return, I found that article very informative. I also liked the clip Think Tank Steve Adubato. I liked how they address how important Childcare providers are and how they are the leased paid, but needed during the pandemic they are considered essential workers.
    Thanks for Sharing.
